Founder & Director
I am a Clinical Physiologist specialising in neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, and stroke. With over seven years of experience in clinical practice and research, I am a registered Clinical Physiologist with the Academy for Healthcare Science.
Currently, I serve as a senior lecturer in chronic health and exercise, where my research focuses on innovative treatments to improve quality of life for individuals with chronic neurological conditions. My latest work explores the potential of hypoxia treatment for Parkinson's disease, with a recent case study demonstrating remarkable results—showing a doubling of resting dopamine levels after six weeks of low-intensity exercise under hypoxic conditions (14.9% oxygen).
